We’re not a company “born out of a passion for wood.”
We won’t promise that our products will “change your life.”
And no, we don’t have a social media team working from Bali.

What we do have: our own workshop in southern Poland, machines built by our father, a brother who automates production, and 70 skilled employees who share our obsession with perfect details.
And wood — a material we’ve lived with for generations, in a region where it’s always been more plentiful than farmland.

Who are we?

RYBA WOODEN isn’t an acronym — it’s our family name.
It’s us – father and sons – building a company where every day we try to do things right. Without unnecessary flash, but with great precision. And we have clients who come back. Which says more than any slogan ever could.

Our grandfather built houses with an axe and made wagon wheels. Our father built over 50 machines — many of which we still use today. We – the next generation – handle design, production, packaging, and customer care. We try to speak like real people. To like people. And to treat them the way we’d like to be treated ourselves.

What do we do?

We make practical wooden objects: boards, trays, candle holders, coasters.
But not the kind you hide in a cupboard after use.
The kind you’ll actually want to keep on display.

Wood is noble – it doesn’t need fixing, just understanding. That’s why we choose beautiful pieces. We sand them smooth. We use oils, waxes – and sometimes leave them raw. Not because it’s trendy, but because it feels right.

We create products for homes, restaurants, and hotels. For individuals, companies, and agencies. They can be personalized – thoughtfully, without kitsch. You can order in larger quantities – without compromising on quality. And if something goes wrong – we take responsibility.

What matters to us?

We don’t waste wood, and we don’t replace machines as long as they work.
We don’t flood the shop with weekly “new arrivals” – we add things that make sense.
We don’t burn time or relationships. We work to live – not the other way around.

Respect isn’t a word we print on posters. With us, it shows up in practice – both in the workshop and beyond.
